American Rose Society Accredited Judges
The Deep South District is fortunate to have many well-qualified and capable judges both in Horticulture and Arrangements. This is due in part to the excellent District Judges’ School that is held bi-annually in even-numbered years in Bainbridge, Georgia. The popularity of the District’s Judges’ School is attested by the fact that more than 100 rosarians, some even from other districts, regularly participate in this event
All ARS Judges are to be commended for their generosity and social responsibility, since all judging is done gratis and any honorariums are at the discretion of the host society. Many judges travel great distances, at their own expense, to provide their services to their fellow Rose Exhibitors.
